Herne Law is proudly located in downtown Buffalo. Our office is in the historic Root Building, located at 70 West Chippewa Street in the heart of Buffalo's central business district. We are within walking distance to the court buildings, public library, City Hall, full service hotels and Buffalo's entertainment and theatre districts.
Directions 70 W. Chippewa is easily accessible from the Kensington Expressway (Route 33), the New York State Thruway, and the U.S. - Canadian Peace Bridge. You can park right on the street or in the City’s Augspurger Parking Ramp, which is around the corner from our building on Franklin Street. To enter our building, look for the door on Chippewa Street with the M&T Bank sign. Go in through both sets of doors and take the elevator up to the 6th floor – our offices are in suite 600.
East Follow the I-90 West to NY-33 (exit 51W). At the expressway’s end, you will be on Goodell Street West. Bear left onto Pearl Street (Rt 5 west). Make a right at the second light onto Chippewa Street. Our offices are near the corner of Chippewa and Franklin. West Follow the I-90 East to the I-190 North. Take the Niagara Street exit and take a right (head South). The next left after the light will put you on West Huron Street. Take W. Huron Street until you reach Franklin Street, then turn left and continue one block until you reach Chippewa Street.
North Follow the I-90 South. Take the Niagara Street exit and take a right (head south). After the light, turn left onto West Huron Street. Take W. Huron Street until you reach Franklin Street, then turn left and continue one block until you reach Chippewa Street.
South Follow the directions from the West (above).
Parking You can park right on the street or in the City’s Augspurger Parking Ramp, which is around the corner from our building on Franklin Street.
How To Get Into The Office Come into the building through the door with the M&T Bank sign. Walk through the hall to the elevator, and take it up to the 6th floor. My office will be the first door on the left.
